We are looking for a person who loves to work in a multifaceted organization, help our partners succeed, and drive the future of accelerated computing! We are growing our Specialty OEM sales team and hiring highly motivated senior account manager to cover key accounts in verticals to drive all NVIDIA Platforms and Solutions into key vertical markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be able to demonstrate a proven track record of meeting key objectives and exceeding revenue goals in a partner led sales model. You will need to possess multiple skills: a strong technical background, server, workstation and networking system level competence, and software skills. Additionally, a strong sales management experience with the ability to establish and build strong business relationships with C-level executives is a must.

What you’ll be doing:

Your responsibility will be to manage the NVIDIA product portfolio business of key partners and customers, ensure technical adoption of our technologies and to align their business objectives to the business objectives of NVIDIA in the various vertical markets we serve. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, engineering and supply chain teams at customers and guide the development and execution of their go-to-market business plans to exceed revenue goals. A successful OEM Account Manager will:

  • Lead the customer relationships, by establishing relationships across your customers including the Executive team, engineering teams, and sales and marketing teams.

  • Be instrumental in developing, defining, and implementing go-to-market and growth strategies to achieve sales goals and business objectives.

  • Work closely with NVIDIA OEM Marketing team to drive and implement all NVIDIA Marketing Initiatives.

  • Become a trusted partner in the adoption of NVIDIA products and technologies with OEM partners.

  • Evangelize and socialize NVIDIA and your customers solutions and successes with executives, technical sales, and implementers.

  • Be the OEM and customer advocate and liaison for product management and development.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

  • 12+ years of OEM and Alliances experience across software, hardware products, IT services and infrastructure solutions.

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience with significant experience in developing go to market plans on successful design engagements with OEM customers on platforms and software solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.

  • Passion for post-sales customer success.

The cash compensation range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD, with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
