Oversees delivery of high-quality nursing care and administrative management of multiple nursing units (supporting Recovery, Short Stay, Endoscopy), accountable for staffing and outcomes across 24-hour operations for large FTE counts, ensuring regulatory and clinical competency and fostering nursing practice excellence.

Accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care and for the administrative management of multiple nursing units and/or FTE's over 80 on a 24 hour basis. Fulfills all duties and responsibilities associated with the unit manager position.

This position will be supporting Recovery, Short Stay, and Endoscopy
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Upon hire: NNR for employees in L&D, NICU, Nursery, Postpartum (Postpartum - within 90 days from date of hire; Other areas - within 180 days of completion of clinical orientation)
- 3 years of recent clinical experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
