$80,000.00 - $170,000.00 a year

Responsibilities
- Apply AI and machine learning techniques to assist NAND digital circuit design, verification, and analysis within established design workflows
- Interpret device, circuit, and system-level specifications to find opportunities for AI-driven improvements in design correctness, performance, and efficiency
- Develop AI-assisted approaches for design rule interpretation, RTL and architecture exploration, verification coverage analysis, bug pattern detection, and regression triage
- Support RTL, gate-level verification, netlist bring-up, and debug by using data-driven methods to identify failure trends, corner cases, and root causes
- Collaborate with Product Engineering to analyze silicon data, correlating design intent, simulation results, and measured silicon behavior, and document AI-based insights and protocols
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Ability to apply AI/ML and data-driven techniques to NAND digital circuit design, verification, and analysis
- Experience interpreting device, circuit, and system-level specifications in a digital design context
- Experience supporting RTL, gate-level verification, and design debug using analytical or data-driven methods
- Ability to collaborate effectively with design, verification, CAD, and product engineering teams
- Ability to document and communicate technical insights, limitations, and best-known practices clearly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing AI-assisted methodologies for design rule checking, RTL exploration, or verification analysis
- Experience applying AI techniques to post-layout simulation analysis or performance anomaly detection
- Experience analyzing silicon data and correlating measured results with simulation and design intent
