We are seeking a NetSuite Implementation Consultant who is a proactive, "day-one" starter with a solution-oriented mindset. As a Consultant, you will participate in diverse workstreams, driving project success across various industries and engagement scales.

What You’ll Do:

Project Delivery

  • Business Process: Participate in discovery sessions to capture complex requirements and translate them into efficient business processes.

  • System Configuration: Participate in End-to-end implementation and configuration of NetSuite

  • Process Validation: Perform testing on system configuration and processes are aligned with client requirements.

  • Data Management: Drive the transformation, migration and integration of client data to NetSuite to enable the usage and adoption of NetSuite for ongoing business activities at cutover.

  • Testing & Training: Support comprehensive testing and training programs; Participate in client sessions to ensure high adoption rates.

  • Quality Documentation: Produce high-quality, professional project deliverables, including functional requirement documents and technical specifications.

  • Client & Risk Management: Maintain professional and timely communication with client, proactively manage escalations, maintain RAID logs, and build long-term client trust.

  • Resource Management: Manage individual tasks and timelines to ensure optimal utilization and on-time project delivery.

Strategic Consulting

  • Process Design: Participate in business process discovery sessions, documenting global requirements to help senior leads build long-term technology roadmaps that integrate with NetSuite and beyond.

  • Industry Experience: Translate client needs into practical results by learning industry best practices and supporting the delivery of complex consulting requirements."

Team Growth & Development

  • Mentorship: Provide ongoing guidance, training, and professional development to junior consultants.

  • Internal Initiatives: Contribute to internal practice development and company-wide growth initiatives.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or related fields.

  • 2+ years working with NetSuite (implementation or as an end user)

  • Infinite curiosity with an ability to independently problem-solve and explore solutions/answers using available resources, AI tools, etc.

  • Understanding of business process improvement, and ability to incorporate leading practices and recommendations to drive efficiencies.

  • Humility to expand efforts within an engagement and take on project responsibilities/ roles as needed to successfully get the job done.

  • Commitment to hitting major project milestones as defined in the project plan, including proactive communication/escalation when encountered with blockers.

  • Proactive outreach to project team members on work status and task completion.

  • Strong communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

We are looking for consultants with expertise in at least one of the following industry verticals:

1. Supply Chain & Manufacturing

  • Focus: Physical product flow and production lifecycle.

  • Key Modules: Work Orders & Assemblies, WIP/Routing, Demand Planning, Advanced Inventory, and WMS.

  • Core Competency: Understanding of standard cost variances, supply chain automation, and shop-floor integrations.

2. Services & Construction (Project-Based Businesses)

  • Focus: Resource-driven organizations and professional services. Large-scale builds, sub-contractor management, and job site accounting.

  • Key Modules: Project Management, Project Costing & Billing, Job Costing, Progress Billing and Resource Management

  • Core Competency: Understanding project-to-cash workflows, billing processes, retainage, bonded projects, time/expense tracking, utilization reporting.

3. Field Service Management (FSM)

  • Focus: On-site service delivery, repairs, and mobile workforce optimization.

  • Key Modules: NetSuite Field Service Management, Fixed Assets, and Inventory.

  • Core Competency: Understanding of Mobile app deployment, scheduling/dispatch logic, and real-time parts consumption tracking.

4. Software & Technology

  • Focus: Subscription-based models and high-growth SaaS environments.

  • Key Modules: Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), SuiteBilling, and Contract Renewals.

  • Core Competency: Understanding of ASC 606 compliance, recurring revenue recognition, and automated billing cycles.

Work Environment & Travel

  • Remote-first position for U.S. or Canada-based candidates

  • Ability to travel on-site for client needs

Compensation & Benefits

Specific compensation plans will vary depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the office location, role, KPI’s, skill set and level of experience.

Base compensation for this position ranges from:

  • United States: USD $80,000 – $120,000

  • Canada: CAD $109,000 - $160,000

Annual incentive compensation target of 10-20% of salary, paid in quarterly installments.
