Preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in .NET technologies (preferably win forms)
• At least 3 year of experience in Database PL/ SQL (Oracle or Sybase)
• Strong Analytical and strong communication skills
• At least 2 years of experience in managing a team of developers.
• At least 2 year of experience in Development Projects
• At least 2 year of experience in Performance Engineering and Performance Tuning
• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 2 years of experience in project scoping, estimation and scheduling
• At least 1 year of experience in any one of the agile methodologies.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience in Capital Markets domain
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
QualificationsQualifications Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
