National Program Manager (Remote)

Location: Remote (U.S. Based)
Travel: Up to 30-40% travel required for client meetings, partner summits, QBRs, and industry events
Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 base salary + monthly performance bonus (Target Total Compensation: $125,000+)

About the Role

Community Outreach Partners (COP) is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and relationship-driven National Program Manager (PM) to lead some of the nation's largest telecommunications and broadband sales programs.

This role serves as the primary liaison between COP and our enterprise clients ensuring program performance, client satisfaction, and long-term growth.

Unlike a traditional account management role, this position combines client strategy, business consulting, operational leadership, and performance management. The Program Manager owns the overall health of assigned programs while partnering closely with internal National Sales Consultants to ensure client expectations are successfully translated into field execution.

The ideal candidate enjoys building executive relationships, presenting data-driven insights, solving complex business challenges, and driving measurable growth across multiple markets.


 What You'll Do

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national clients
  • Build trusted relationships with regional and national client leadership
  • Lead weekly business updates, strategic planning sessions, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
  • Translate client initiatives into actionable plans for internal teams
  • Ensure consistent communication, accountability, and execution across all stakeholders

Program Strategy & Performance

  • Own overall program performance across multiple markets
  • Monitor sales, completion, quality, compliance, and operational KPIs
  • Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities to improve subscriber growth
  • Develop strategic initiatives designed to increase sales productivity and customer quality
  • Partner with executive leadership on long-term program expansion opportunities

Reporting & Executive Presentations

  • Develop client-facing presentations, business reviews, and strategic recommendations
  • Present performance insights to client stakeholders
  • Communicate key wins, risks, and action plans with clarity and confidence
  • Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with National Sales Consultants to align field execution with client expectations
  • Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Finance, Training, and Executive Leadership
  • Lead weekly program training and communication sessions
  • Ensure partners remain informed on program updates, initiatives, and expectations
  • Support new market launches and strategic growth initiatives

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of sales, program management, account management, consulting, or business operations experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise clients or national accounts
  • Strong presentation and executive communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience building dashboards, reports, and executive presentations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel throughout the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Telecommunications, broadband, wireless, fiber, or direct sales experience
  • Experience managing client relationships within large national organizations
  • Previous experience leading QBRs, business reviews, or executive presentations
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM platforms, and reporting tools
  • Experience supporting indirect sales channels, dealer networks, or partner organizations
