$99,900.00 and $196,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at
$70,000.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned portfolios to maximize revenue from new prospect accounts and clients
- Manage and upsell "named accounts" while consistently achieving monthly revenue targets
Design customized solutions that address the complex communication needs of enterprise clients - Conduct face-to-face consultative needs analysis interviews to identify prospective customer requirements
- Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals and presentations that align with client business goals
- Generate leads through industry networking, trade shows and strategic prospecting
- Qualify new leads and coordinate site surveys, including submitting ROI analyses to sales management
- Maintain accurate sales databases to track activity and customer information
- Collaborate with sales engineering, support and marketing teams to enhance service offerings
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required by Spectrum management

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent training, education and experience
Experience
- 8+ years of telecom experience
Skills
- Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
- Demonstrated success exceeding revenue quotas as a top sales performer
- Proven business-to-business sales experience engaging "C level" decision makers
- Working knowledge of computer networking, LAN and WAN technologies high-capacity and fiber-connected networks
- Valid and active State driver's license and safe driving record
