Position Title: NA Commercial Marketing Manager (Capital Equipment)
Position Summary
The North America Commercial Marketing Manager (Capital Equipment) is responsible for supporting strategic marketing initiatives, driving commercial execution, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to increase market share, revenue, and customer satisfaction within the LTS capital portfolio. This role will support the Senior Marketing Manager LTS to achieve the category’s overall targets, acts as a vital link between global marketing strategy and field activities, ensuring that ASP’s LTS capital solutions address the changing needs of healthcare providers and align with overall business goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations and ASP policies, procedures and guidelines, this position:
Strategic Planning & Execution Assist in developing and implementing U.S. marketing plans for the Low Temperature Sterilization capital in alignment with global strategy. Support market research activities, including gathering competitive insights and customer feedback to inform campaigns. Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
Commercial Enablement Collaborate with Sales to create and update marketing tools, messaging, and training materials that support field execution. Assist in developing sales collateral and value propositions tailored to customer segments. Provide support for account planning and customer engagement initiatives.
Product & Portfolio Support Coordinate with Global Marketing, R&D, and Regulatory teams to ensure accurate product positioning and readiness for launches. Support tactical activities for product launches, such as creating tools, email campaigns, and social media content. Monitor product performance and compile feedback for internal review.
Customer Engagement & Insights Assist with Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives by collecting and organizing feedback. Support customer training and education programs in partnership with Clinical and Education teams. Help prepare materials for industry events and customer meetings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as a point of coordination between U.S. Commercial, Global Marketing, Sales, and other teams to ensure alignment on messaging and priorities. Support communication and logistics for product launches and customer visits.
Operational Support Help manage marketing timelines and vendor relationships. Maintain accurate documentation of marketing activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist with forecasting and demand planning for the category.
Forecasting & Operational Excellence Manage forecasting, demand planning and segmentation in partnership with operations and sales. Experience w/ salesforce and Power BI.
Marketing Content Development Work with MarComm and external agencies to produce marketing content such as brochures, presentations, videos, and training materials. Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and support the compliance approval process.
Sales Enablement Support Assist in planning and executing commercial programs, promotions, and campaigns. Support digital marketing initiatives, lead generation activities, and trade show preparation. Help review sales funnels and participate in ride-alongs when needed.
Product Launch & Business Planning Support go-to-market (GTM) planning for new product launches, including coordinating cross-functional activities. Assist in preparing quarterly business review (QBR) presentations and performance summaries.
Communication & Presentation Prepare clear and concise marketing materials for internal and external audiences. Assist in developing presentations for sales meetings and leadership updates.
Brand Stewardship Ensure marketing materials and campaigns follow ASP’s brand guidelines and messaging. Monitor brand consistency across channels and customer touchpoints.
Event Support Assist in planning and coordinating content for national sales meetings and commercial events. Support logistics, speaker preparation, and post-event follow-up.
Additional Duties Perform other tasks as assigned to support the marketing team
Qualifications
Education:
High School or Equivalent
Associate’s Degree
Bachelor’s Degree
Master’s Degree
PhD Degree
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Years of Related Experience:
2+ years of experience in marketing and content creation
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Certifications/Licenses, and Affiliations:
(Include any required computer skills, regulatory knowledge, certifications, licenses, languages, cognitive and behavioral abilities etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
2+ years of experience in healthcare or medical device marketing, preferably in infection prevention or consumables.
Proven track record of successful product launches and commercial strategy execution.
Strong analytical, communication, collaboration and project management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
Aptitude to make data driven decisions.
Knowledge to leverage MS suite of solutions (excel, powerpoint, etc)
Preferred experience using showpad, salesforce, powerBI and other sales enablement and marketing tools
