As our MOD Sales Consultant, you are pursuing and building relationships with property managers, building owners, and owner representatives to design complex technology solutions utilizing our industry-leading support system in order to ensure their sustainable growth. You also collaborate with our operations team, as well as manage your project until completion.  

Other Listed Duties as Needed

  • Individual sales planning & sales funnel management 

  • Customer relationship management to retain & grow business with existing customers and to drive customer satisfaction by identifying their needs 

  • General understanding of contract terms and/or language and can present said terms 

  • Create a solid sales pipeline; be able to use it for sales forecast accuracy 

  • Sell standardized modernization packages using qualified leads from existing portfolios 

  • Assist/take action where needed; national account requests, mentoring new reps (experience pending), trade shows, visiting customer sites, etc. 

  • Record account/customer activity in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce) 

Hiring requirements

  • You will bring 3+ years of relevant sales expertise, ideally within the vertical transportation industry to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your bachelor’s degree or additional 5+ years of experience.  

  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel

  • Well Organized

  • Customer service mindset

Annual Base Pay Range:

The hiring range for this role is $93,400 --- $122,640.  The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.   

Variable Compensation

KONE Sales Commission Incentive plan based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
