We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve Firstup’s mobile experience, the primary way frontline and deskless workers engage with their organizations.
This role is ideal for a product leader who is passionate about building intuitive, high-impact mobile experiences used in real-world, fast-paced environments—from hospital floors to manufacturing lines.
You’ll define how Firstup shows up on mobile—ensuring the experience is fast, reliable, and designed for the realities of shift-based work. You’ll partner closely with Design and Engineering to deliver best-in-class mobile capabilities, while collaborating with vertical leaders to support critical industry use cases.
Success in this role means making mobile the default, indispensable channel for workforce communication and engagement.
What You’ll Do
Own the mobile product strategy and roadmap across iOS and Android, ensuring alignment with company and vertical goals.
Define and deliver a mobile-first experience tailored to frontline and deskless workers.
Partner with Design and Engineering to build simple, fast, and reliable user experiences optimized for real-world usage conditions.
Collaborate with vertical PMs (e.g., Healthcare) to support industry-specific workflows, including compliance, time-sensitive communications, and shift-based engagement.
Use data, research, and customer feedback to continuously improve the mobile experience.
Define and track key success metrics across adoption, engagement, performance, and retention.
Support go-to-market efforts by contributing to mobile-led storytelling, demos, and differentiation.
What You Bring
5–8+ years of experience in product management for mobile applications (iOS and Android).
Proven track record of building and scaling consumer-grade or enterprise mobile experiences.
Deep understanding of mobile UX patterns, performance considerations, and engagement mechanics (e.g., notifications, session design).
Experience building products for frontline, deskless, or shift-based workforces is highly preferred.
Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, from vision-setting to shipping features.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Experience working in or supporting healthcare or other regulated industries is a plus.
