Lead the Future of Dentistry.

Overjet is the world-leader in dental AI. Already, thousands of dental providers and insurers rely on our platform to deliver the best possible care. Now, we’re looking for talented people to fulfill our mission: improve oral health for all.

Overjet is where builders become leaders. Everyone here loves to make new things: new products, new partnerships, new content, and a new category of AI technology. And as Overjet grows ridiculously fast, so will you.

Simply put, there’s no better place to accelerate your career. Come join us!

The Mission and the Hard Part

A mid-market dental practice doesn't decide to trust Overjet with their standard of care because of a sales pitch. They decide during the pilot, watching whether the platform actually earns a place in how their office runs day to day. If that pilot doesn't land, the deal doesn't expand, and it might not renew at all. You'll sit on our Customer Success team, owning the relationship with mid-market accounts (mostly dental office leadership and central office decision makers) from the moment the pilot starts through renewal and expansion.

There's no single stakeholder to win over here. A dentist, a hygienist, a front desk manager, and a central office administrator each need their own reason to actually use the platform, and getting the whole office bought in, not just the person who signed the contract, is the job. If turning a lukewarm or skeptical pilot into a practice that expands and renews sounds like a fun puzzle rather than an uphill grind, keep reading.

What You'll Own

  • You will own the pilot outcome for every mid-market account you're assigned, which means proving Overjet's value fast enough that practices choose to expand instead of churning at the end of the trial.

  • You will own the relationship across the whole office, not just the signer, which means getting dentists, hygienists, and front-office staff (the "total office") genuinely using the platform, not just tolerating it.

  • You will own expansion and upsell targets for your book of accounts, which means proactively spotting low-usage accounts and building a plan to turn them around before they become churn risks.

  • You will own the account review cadence, which means running regular in-person and phone check-ins that surface real satisfaction and utilization signals, not just checking a box on a schedule.

  • You will own improvements to how we onboard and implement new mid-market accounts, which means flagging what's broken in account setup and training and fixing it, not just running the process as it exists today.

What Makes the Right Candidate Keep Reading

You should already know what it takes to keep a B2B SaaS account renewing and expanding, ideally with real experience turning renewals and upsells into a repeatable motion rather than just responding when something breaks. This role rewards someone who's genuinely curious about dentistry, insurance, and AI, and who gets energy from convincing a busy dental office to change how they work, instead of waiting for them to come around on their own. You'll be managing several accounts at once with real numbers attached to expansion and usage, so we need the process discipline to keep it all straight and the hustle to go the extra mile when an account needs it. If you want a role where relationship-building and hustle are the job itself, not a distraction from it, this is a good fit. If you're looking for a support seat where success means closing tickets rather than growing accounts, this probably isn't it.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but substantial relevant experience is a fine substitute

  • Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with comfort working cross-functionally across dental office staff and internal teams

  • Preferred Experience: 3+ years in customer success at a B2B SaaS company and/or in a dental role, including direct experience with renewals, expansions, and upsells

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
