We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator to join our high-performing CRM/Customer Experience team. This role will support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across multiple internal business units. The CRM Administrator will work within the Customer Experience Applications Group in Corporate IT and report directly to the CRM Manager.

Responsibilities
· Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments, including Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
· Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure secure and appropriate access.
· Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to ensure stability and uptime.
· Handle incoming support tickets, triage and resolve incidents, and escalate complex issues as needed.
· Participate in change management and problem management processes.
· Conduct regular security reviews and implement controls to protect sensitive data.
· Support data integrity through regular audits and clean-up activities.
· Assist with configuration changes, workflows, and business rules based on user requirements.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather feedback and improve CRM usability.
· Document system processes, configurations, and updates.
· Stay current with Dynamics 365 updates and share relevant information with the team monthly.
· Participate in special projects or initiatives related to the Customer Experience Team, including committees and operational teams.

Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
· 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
· Strong understanding of and experience implementing Dynamics 365 modules such as Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service), Marketing, and Field Service.
· Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and its integration with Dynamics 365.
· Experience managing day-to-day service operations, including support ticket resolution and system monitoring.
· Experience with user access models, security roles, and data protection best practices.
· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Metrics- and data-driven mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
· Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
· Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Total Rewards
The compensation range for this position is $86,000.00 - $129,000.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.Benefits Package
