About the role and what you'll be doing:  

In this strategic alliance role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and prioritizing partnership opportunities with Microsoft, driving strong day-to-day engagement and quarterly business cadence. You’ll lead partner onboarding, enablement, and integration to accelerate time-to-value, while negotiating and executing joint business plans, KPIs, and co-marketing initiatives. A key focus will be generating partner-sourced pipeline and revenue through co-selling and joint campaigns. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Solution Architecture teams to build scalable partner programs and go-to-market strategies. Success in this role also includes equipping partners with training and sales collateral, monitoring performance via CRM and PRM tools, and conducting regular QBRs. You’ll represent Ensono at industry events and partner summits and bring experience in GTM and event management to support partner-driven initiatives.

  • Identify and prioritize alliance opportunities with Microsoft - Build a strong day-to-day people engagement & drive quarterly business cadence.
  • Lead partner onboarding, enablement, and integration processes to ensure rapid time-to-value.
  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, including joint business plans, KPIs, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue through co-selling, joint campaigns, and partner-led demand generation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product, Solution architects and other teams to build scalable partner programs and GTM strategies.
  • Equip partners with training, sales collateral, and product knowledge to ensure success.
  • Monitor and report on partner performance, engagement, and deal velocity using CRM and PRM tools.
  • Conduct regular QBRs and performance reviews with key partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events, partner summits, and conferences to build brand and partner relationships.
  • Experience in GTM / Event management for partner driven events.
  • Build a strong day-to-day people engagement & drive quarterly business cadence.

 Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in Microsoft channel sales, strategic alliances, or business development.
  • MEDPICC knowledge is an advantage
  • Proven success in building and scaling partner ecosystems and driving indirect revenue.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • There is 10% travel required for this role

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP) and co-selling motions.
  • Experience with partner marketing and joint GTM execution.

 As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $102,000 to $148,00 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
