This is a remote position.

We are looking for an experienced Meta PPC Specialist with proven, hands-on experience generating leads for U.S.-based home service businesses.

This is not a general Meta Ads position. Direct experience managing Meta advertising campaigns for U.S. home service companies is a strict requirement for this role.

You should have a strong understanding of the U.S. home services market and know how to build, optimize, and scale Meta campaigns that generate qualified leads at target CPLs. Experience working in an agency environment managing multiple client accounts is highly preferred.

You will own campaigns end-to-end, combining data-driven performance analysis with strong creative strategy to consistently improve results.

  1. Plan, build, launch, and manage full-funnel Meta advertising campaigns for U.S.-based home service businesses.

  2. Develop campaign strategies covering targeting, campaign structure, budgets, bidding, creative direction, offers, and lead-generation objectives.

  3. Manage and optimize campaigns for home service companies such as HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, landscaping, pest control, remodeling, painting, cleaning, construction, and other residential/home-based services.

  4. Analyze key performance metrics including CPL, qualified lead rate, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, frequency, CTR, CPM, and attribution data.

  5. Optimize campaigns based not only on lead volume but also on lead quality and downstream sales performance.

  6. Work with CRM and sales teams to identify which Meta campaigns, audiences, creatives, and offers are producing qualified customers.

  7. Design and execute structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, offers, copy, landing pages, and campaign structures.

  8. Brief and collaborate with creative teams on high-performing hooks, angles, offers, video concepts, images, copy, and calls to action.

  9. Manage significant advertising budgets and confidently scale winning campaigns while maintaining target CPL and lead quality.

  10. Implement and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), events, tracking, and attribution.

  11. Identify campaign inefficiencies, troubleshoot tracking issues, and develop data-backed strategies for growth.

  12. Prepare clear and actionable performance reports for clients and/or internal stakeholders.

  13. Stay current with Meta Ads platform updates, Advantage+ solutions, attribution changes, and emerging paid-social strategies.



Requirements

Applicants MUST have proven, hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for U.S.-based home service businesses.

This requirement is mandatory and non-negotiable.

Applicants without direct experience running Meta campaigns for U.S. home service businesses will not be considered, even if they have extensive general Meta Ads, ecommerce, or other digital marketing experience.

Qualified home service experience may include campaigns for: HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, Home Improvement & etc.

  1. 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.

  2. Proven experience generating leads for U.S.-based businesses.

  3. Direct and demonstrable experience managing Meta Ads for U.S.-based home service companies — REQUIRED.

  4. Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns, local targeting, lead quality, CPL optimization, and scaling.

  5. Experience managing multiple Meta Ads accounts simultaneously, preferably within a performance marketing or digital marketing agency.

  6. Must be able to demonstrate actual Meta advertising work from U.S. home service campaigns personally managed or directly worked on.

  7. Must be able to provide 2–5 examples of Meta ad creatives (video and/or image) from U.S. home service campaigns.

  8. Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and Advantage+ campaigns.

  9. Strong understanding of Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, interest targeting, attribution, and post-iOS 14 measurement.

  10. Experience with Meta Lead Ads and Instant Forms.

  11. Experience working with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

  12. Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and landing-page CRO best practices.

  13. Meta Blueprint Certification is required.

  14. Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign reporting and analysis.

  15. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.


WORK SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION


  1. Full-time remote position.

  2. Must be comfortable working Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.

  3. Starting rate: USD $4.00 per hour.

  4. Must have a reliable computer/laptop, stable high-speed internet connection, noise-free workspace, and backup internet/power solution to ensure uninterrupted productivity.
