The Merchandise Designer will create culturally resonant designs for merchandise, collaborate with the team, and manage multiple projects efficiently.
We’re looking for a Merchandise Designer to join our creative team and help bring our brand vision to life through thoughtful, culturally resonant designs relevant to the R&B ONLY audience. The ideal candidate is both creatively inclined and strategically minded, with experience designing merchandise that connects with our audience.

Responsibilities
- Develop innovative design concepts aligned with brand vision
- Create graphics/patterns/visual elements for merchandise across apparel and accessories
- Collaborate with the internal creative team to refine and execute designs
- Produce a range of design options with efficient turnaround times
- Design with a deep understanding of our audience and cultural relevance
Qualifications
- Proven experience designing merchandise (apparel, accessories, or related)
- Design range and originality
- Ability to balance creativity with practical production needs
- Knowledge of cultural trends relevant to our key demographics (primarily women, 21–36)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
