The Media Coordinator is a highly organized and proactive professional who helps drive operational excellence across the Global Media organization. The Media Coordinator serves as a central hub for team coordination, communications, planning, partner engagement, and business operations, helping ensure priorities, projects, and organizational activities run smoothly across a fast-paced global team.
Responsibilities:
Media Operations & Team Coordination
  • Serve as a key operational resource for the Global Media organization, helping coordinate activities across multiple teams, functions, and stakeholders.
  • Support planning and execution of team meetings, business reviews, leadership forums, all-hands meetings, and offsite events.
  • Own coordination of recurring business rhythms, meeting cadences, action tracking, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain organizational resources including team directories, distribution lists, shared documentation, and operational tools.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and support integration of new team members.
  • Help facilitate communication across global teams to ensure alignment, visibility, and timely execution.

Business Operations & Leadership Support
  • Support the day-to-day operational needs of Global Media leadership, including scheduling, meeting logistics, travel coordination, and expense management.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and meeting summaries to support key business discussions.
  • Assist with prioritization and coordination of business activities, ensuring deadlines, commitments, and deliverables remain on track.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to enable efficient execution of organizational priorities.
  • Handle sensitive business information with discretion and professionalism.

Partner & Vendor Coordination
  • Coordinate interactions with media agencies, platform partners, technology vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage meeting logistics, schedules, and follow-up actions across partner engagements.
  • Track key deliverables, milestones, and timelines to ensure effective collaboration and accountability.
  • Support administrative aspects of contracts, invoices, and vendor processes as needed.

Special Projects & Business Support
  • Support planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives and special projects across the Global Media organization.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, trackers, status updates, and reporting materials.
  • Coordinate activities across stakeholders to ensure alignment, execution, and timely completion of deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve team processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with preparation of leadership presentations, organizational communications, and business updates.

What You'll Bring:
Attributes & Skills
  • 2-5 years of experience in administration, coordination, executive support, project management, communications, marketing operations, or related fields.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or fast-paced teams preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and related collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Pay Range
$57,600-$84,500 USD
