Develop concepts, shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos that visually prove SharkNinja products through controlled tests, torture tests, experiments, stunts, and everyday-use demonstrations. Collaborate with product, engineering, brand, and regional marketing teams while working onsite in a facility involving water, fire, dust, food, and mess. Candidates may contribute as creators, writers, editors, on-camera talent, or one-person production crews.

Edit demo footage into high-performing social videos for TikTok, Reels, YouTube, paid media, retailer sites, and brand channels. Develop multiple hooks, story structures, durations, and aspect ratios; use sound design, motion, type, captions, music, and pacing to maximize retention. Analyze performance data, recut underperforming videos, identify trends, and contribute creative direction for future shoots. Collaborate closely with producers and creators while delivering high-volume work quickly without sacrificing quality.

Coordinates the studio’s production operations across payroll, budgets, invoices, vendors, contracts, onboarding, building logistics, and cross-functional support. Processes payroll in Wrapbook, manages invoices in Coupa, reconciles expenses and project budgets, tracks contracts and insurance certificates, and maintains operational records. Builds playbooks, trains production staff, improves workflows with AI, and serves as the primary liaison to Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Procurement while resolving day-to-day operational issues.

Develop and optimize skincare product lines from concept through market, serving as the consumer advocate and product expert. Own end-to-end data products, including source onboarding, API and file-feed ingestion, orchestration, incremental and idempotent pipelines, Snowflake and dbt Cloud modeling, testing, documentation, alerting, and production reliability. Establish engineering standards, manage secrets and governance, use AI coding tools responsibly, collaborate with vendors and stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers.

Leads SharkNinja’s Americas Amazon and pure-player business across the U.S. and Canada, owning P&L, profitable growth, marketplace strategy, negotiations, forecasting, inventory, media, content, analytics, and cross-functional execution. Builds a high-performing e-commerce organization, leads joint business planning with Amazon, advances AI-enabled commercial operations, and drives market share, margin, and contribution growth.

Lead Amazon performance marketing strategy and execution, manage Sponsored Ads and DSP, collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams, optimize campaigns and budgets, analyze performance with AMC/analytics, and measure commercial impact to drive ROAS and customer acquisition.

Manage SharkNinja's strategic Sephora account(s), driving revenue, margin, distribution, and omni-channel goals.
