Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled MAWM Configuration Specialist with hands-on experience in configuring and implementing Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in warehouse management and supply chain operations, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system configurations.

Configure and implement Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) modules based on business requirements

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements

Perform end-to-end configuration including:

Inbound processes (receiving, putaway)
-
Outbound processes (picking, packing, shipping)
-
Inventory management
-
Wave planning and task management
-
-
Customize and configure:
-
Business rules
-
Workflows
-
Task flows
-
Allocation and replenishment strategies
-
-
Support system integration with:
-
OMS (Order Management Systems)
-
TMS (Transportation Management Systems)
-
ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Participate in:
-
System testing (SIT/UAT)
-
Production support
-
Issue troubleshooting and resolution
-

Collaborate with development teams for enhancements and integrations
-
Ensure adherence to best practices and performance optimization

Experience working with Manhattan WMS / MAWM
-
Strong hands-on experience in MAWM configuration (not just support)

Good understanding of:

Warehouse operations

Experience in configuring:

Slotting / replenishment
