Hadrian - Manufacturing the Future
Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. By combining advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing, we are reinventing how America produces its most critical parts.
Valued at $1.6B, we’re accelerating our mission with the launch of Factory 3 in Mesa, Arizona, a 290,000-square-foot facility creating 350 new jobs. We are expanding rapidly to support thousands of future hires, launching Hadrian Maritime to expand into naval production, and introducing a Factory-as-a-Service model that delivers complete systems instead of individual parts.
Hadrian is backed by leading investors including T. Rowe Price, Lux Capital, Founders Fund, and Andreessen Horowitz, our fast-growing team is united around reindustrializing American manufacturing for the 21st century and beyond.
The Role
The Master Scheduler is responsible for owning and maintaining the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and serving as the central integrator between demand planning, capacity planning, and production execution. This position ensures alignment between customer demand, operational capacity, and delivery commitments in a dynamic, high-mix manufacturing environment.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following (limit to 5 bullets):
Develop, maintain, and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) across products, programs, and production sites.
Translate customer demand, forecasts, and internal priorities into feasible, capacity-constrained production schedules.
Partner with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Procurement to align labor, machine, tooling, and material capacity with production plans.
Monitor schedule performance, identify bottlenecks or capacity gaps, and recommend corrective actions to maintain delivery commitments.
Support Sales, Program Management, and Leadership through schedule analysis, scenario planning, and continuous improvement of S&OP/S&OE processes and ERP/MES data integrity.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in production scheduling, master scheduling, or manufacturing planning within a complex manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated experience developing and managing a Master Production Schedule (MPS).
Strong knowledge of capacity planning, constraint management, and production flow principles.
Experience using ERP/MRP systems and scheduling tools (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Siemens, or similar platforms).
Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) and ability to perform scenario modeling and data-driven analysis.
What Will Set You Apart
Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, robotics, or other complex hardware manufacturing industries.
Experience in high-growth or scaling manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Theory of Constraints (TOC), or advanced planning and scheduling methodologies.
Experience supporting multi-site or multi-program production environments and/or working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar analytics tools.
