Manage daily marketplace operations including product catalog quality, seller compliance and onboarding, financial processing (commissions, invoicing, reconciliations), supplier coordination, customer support incident management, and cross-functional process improvements to drive operational efficiency and marketplace growth.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain product catalog quality through product validation, content review, recalls, and issue resolution.
- Support seller operations, including compliance reviews, documentation, account configuration, and operational communications.
- Process marketplace financial activities, including commissions, invoicing, purchase orders, reconciliations, transaction reporting, and payout support.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding, monthly business reviews, feature testing, and operational improvements.
- Assist new sellers with onboarding, account activation, payment setup, KYC reviews, and invoicing inquiries.
- Support customer service by monitoring marketplace communication channels, creating and managing incidents from customer emails, and dispositioning order and product concerns to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and identify opportunities to improve marketplace processes and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support marketplace growth and achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, E-Commerce, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, International Business, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ or higher) and ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, marketplace operations, customer support, supply chain operations, or a similar operational role required
- Experience in eCommerce, marketplace operations, customer support, or supply chain operations preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with marketplace platforms such as Mirakl is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
