We’re looking for a Vertical Marketing Lead (Mobile Gaming) to join Team Snapchat!
In this role you’ll lead business marketing efforts for the Mobile Gaming vertical in the U.S., partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing sales collateral and marketing programs that leverage our platform to educate and inspire Mobile Gaming publishers to partner with Snapchat.
Working from our Los Angeles or San Francisco office, you’ll lead vertical specific initiatives for Mobile Gaming and partner with our international marketers to scale these efforts globally. We are looking for an experienced marketing leader and self-starter who has demonstrated success prioritizing efforts for revenue impact, managing cross-functional teams, and problem-solving with limited oversight. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Vertical Marketing.
What you’ll do:
Use your brand marketing, social and/or digital media experience to position Snapchat’s product solutions for the key business objectives of the Mobile Gaming industry
Develop tailored marketing collateral (narratives, videos, presentations, case studies) to educate Mobile Gaming advertisers on Snapchat’s unique value proposition
Increase advertiser consideration of Snapchat by executing educational events (large scale industry events to smaller master classes) at a high frequency
Engage with the Mobile Gaming community and act as the external face of Snapchat by presenting on stage at internal and external events
Amplify efforts across B2B digital marketing channels (Blog, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Insights, International Marketing, Product Marketing, Comms, Design and Legal.
Manage marketing budget and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and the ROI of its expenditures
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Track record of success in domestic or international marketing roles, B2B or B2C, building full-funnel advertising campaigns and leading cross-functional teams
A superb track record for project management, executing multiple projects simultaneously, at a high frequency
Storyteller with experience translating insights, product information and data into client-facing marketing presentations
Experience guiding creative production of campaigns, printed collateral, presentations, websites, videos and other marketing materials
Proven experience as a leader of change, achieving operational excellence by introducing performance measures, processes and systems
Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance, and to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Experience thinking creatively, communicating and presenting to large groups, and a deep proficiency in brand building
A passion for Snapchat and creativity!
Subject matter expertise in Mobile Gaming
7+ years as a marketing manager with experience using data to craft strategy, positioning, messaging and collateral for a brand or product
5+ years experience with social or digital media
