Sr. Director, Demand & Marketing Operations

We’re looking for a hands-on marketing leader with a passion for building teams, operationalizing functions, and accelerating revenue as we aggressively expand into new markets, segments, and geographies. Reporting to the VP of Demand Generation, this role will own all aspects of lead generation, nurturing, paid acquisition, and marketing operations. The ideal candidate has a well-rounded background at the intersection of growth, digital, technology, and operations with an obsession for data and insights.

At a high-level you will help us:

  • Drive revenue by sustainably landing and expanding new customers
  • Build for scale: teams, programs, technology, and processes
  • Measure what matters and drive key insights for the business

As our Sr. Director, Demand & Marketing Operations, you will: 

  • Lead: Take charge of the development, execution, and optimization of all lead generation, nurturing and paid customer acquisition campaigns and programs
  • Scale: Continue to scale our marketing efforts and take primary responsibility for exceeding our pipeline opportunity goals each quarter
  • Develop: Build & cultivate programs and strategies for acquisition, retention, and expansion through multiple channels, including SEM/SEO, nurture, in-app messaging, retargeting, direct mail, content, social, inbound channels, and other channels
  • Improve: Drive continual improvements in lead conversion rates, close rates, and funnel velocity
  • Marketing Operations: Lead all aspects of marketing operations functions from processes to marketing systems, workflow, SLAs, reporting, email, and database management
  • Align: Drive process alignment across sales and marketing (lead management, revenue performance), ensuring optimal system performance and data integrity
  • Develop & Execute: In partnership with revenue operations, develop and execute a strong strategy and framework for marketing measurement, dashboards/analytics, and attribution
  • Develop: Develop & implement a strategy for data governance (acquisition, validation, augmentation, and enhancement)
  • Strategize: Develop and implement a strategy for ongoing control, maintenance, and enhancement of existing marketing database: process, standards, access control, documentation, etc.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Strong background in marketing technology, performance marketing, digital, and operations
  • You are an analytical, problem-solver with track record of “test & learn” mindset
  • Exceptional expertise in performance marketing (including search, display, paid social, and affiliate) and media planning
  • Strong track record of building, managing, and coaching high performance teams. You are a magnet for top-talent.
  • Experience in a hyper-growth company with IPO aspirations a huge plus
