If you've got the writing chops and are SEO savvy, then we've got the job for you. We're seeking a talented SEO Copywriter to create original content that meets our brand guidelines and search engine optimization strategy.
What You'll Do:

• Study data to understand what our targeted customers are looking for, and create clear, succinct and relevant content that optimizes search results.
• Develop optimized content for blogs, social media, white papers, ebooks, and more.
• Write press releases (as well as other forms of PR-media pitches, articles, etc.).
• Research topics with which you're not familiar to find trustworthy information.
• Partner with our technical Senior SEO Specialist to optimize copy on our websites.
• Review, edit, and enhance content written by other team members with regard to SEO.
• Implement various other elements of Aspire's content marketing strategy as directed by our Senior Manager, Content Marketing.

What You'll Need:

• 3+ years of experience in an equivalent role.
• Four-year college degree with a major in an applicable field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience writing for a web-based audience.
• A strong understanding of on-page SEO and how it applies to content marketing.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically.
• High attention to detail, deadlines, and accuracy with minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of the landscaping or trades industry is a plus.

Where You'll Work:
Our headquarters is located in St. Louis, but we'll be remote until the time is right to return to the office. When that happens, employees based in St. Louis will move to a hybrid work model (three days in the office with the option to work remotely for the remaining two). Fully remote employees will be able to stay remote.
