Monarch by SimplePractice, a platform that connects therapy seekers with therapists, is seeking a Marketing Manager with an entrepreneurial drive who’s empowered by our mission to redefine the way therapy seekers can find the care they need. 

We are building the largest online network of therapists to help providers to grow their practices and make it easier for therapy seekers to access mental health services and the dedicated professionals who provide them.

The Role

You will play an active role in defining, shaping, and implementing overall marketing campaigns to increase awareness and get Monarch in front of therapy seekers. 

You’ll have experience in content marketing, social media marketing, and SEO, and be an excellent communicator, collaborator, and coordinator. You’ll think creatively to solve problems, implement creative and strategic marketing programs that can grow the business, and make data-informed decisions.

Initial Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment of marketing strategy and programs across key stakeholders, including members in other groups or consultants
• Develop a content marketing strategy, including calendar planning, content ideation, project management, and facilitation of reviews and feedback
• Design a strategy to ensure content resonates  with our audience and high-value SEO terms are being incorporated and determine what mediums are best for which types of content
• Collaborate with the SEO and paid acquisitions team to further facilitate new customer growth
• Oversee website and blog copy to ensure it aligns with brand and SEO best practices
• Manage a team of 3
• Identify, implement and test new marketing channels to acquire new customers 

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house consumer marketing experience. 
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform marketing decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills, as this role requires someone who can manage many moving parts. Experience with Asana or similar project management tools is a plus.
• Experience in growing a consumer facing brand.
• Past experience with content marketing, social media marketing and influencer/advocate marketing preferred. 
• Experience with marketing operations and/or project management is a plus.
• Experience with SEO is a plus
