We’re looking for a Scaled Creators Lead to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Content team, you will help scale communications to thousands of creators on Snap - teaching them how to best utilize our products, and find success on the platform. Working from our LA headquarters/office, you’ll collaborate with our Talent Partnerships, Product, Community, Communications, and Strategy team to provide best practices to nearly all creators on Snapchat, and inspire best in class content creation at scale.
What you’ll do:
Scaled management and communication to thousands of creators to help them successfully create compelling content on Snap.
Teach scaled creators to build an audience (eg. creation and posting best practices at scale) via large workshops, training videos, event appearances, etc.
Help creators understand the value of Snap as a platform. Be an expert on Snap creative tools and best in class examples to drive deeper engagement with followers.
Drive feature adoption on new products and lead inbound feedback from scaled creators on product feedback.
In partnership with our strategy team, identify top talent for case studies, Snap Star status etc.
Lead all FAQ for internal product briefs in partnership with our cross functional partners.
Work closely with cross functional stakeholders to advise, develop, and execute on scaled creator strategy.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to think strategically about products, research, and understand trends
Ability to communicate and build strong cross functional relationships
Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem
Ability to speak and write in English
Knowledge/experience using Snapchat
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
7 years experience working in social / digital media
3 years experience working with creators in a scaled way
10 years experience working directly with creators via social or digital media
Prior experience working at a digital platform, creator network, or creator focused enterprise
Experience with massive scaled communications, public presentations, data management
Entrepreneurial spirit, self motivated
