We’re looking for a Partner Education Lead to join Team Snapchat!
Snapchat is looking for an experienced Partner Education & Training Lead to join Snapchat’s Business Marketing team. We are growing and re-vamping Snapchat’s online learning training portal for business training program; our online platform helps educate and teach businesses, agencies, and marketing partners on how to activate on Snapchat and develop the skills they need to grow their business on Snapchat. As the Partner Education Lead you will fully immerse yourself with our clients, community and products to assess and anticipate their learning needs and how to meet them where and when they need the educational and training support in the most effective modality. By analyzing our client’s needs, our Partner Education lead will continue to develop learning experiences incorporating realistic role-play, leader videos, self-paced elearning, instructional games, and rich performance support aids. Ultimately you will drive growth of new advertisers using Snapchat through the digital education of Snapchat to businesses big and small. Working from our NYC or Los Angeles offices, you will partner closely with Business Marketing, Sales and Agency Development team.
What you’ll do:
Analyze, design, develop, implement and revise a variety of instructional content resources across Sapchat’s online learning portal for business and beyond (eLearning, videos, coaching campaigns, instructor-led, learning aids) that ladder up to Global Sales and Marketing goals
Evaluate current offerings to ensure alignment to changes in learning journeys and courses
Collaborate with SMEs to identify training needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions
Design and develop instructional material by incorporating adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Redesign/refresh our most priority programs as needed
Manage content development life cycle to ensure timely delivery of instructional material
Partner closely with Business Marketing, Agency Development team , and SMEs to define and execute marketing plans that are inclusive of inputs from Sales, Business Marketing and the Agency Development team to help drive increase in enrollments and brand awareness of our e-learning platform
Consistently monitor audience usage to optimize tracks and courses
Troubleshoot user issues of Snapchat’s e-learning system
Work with agency partners to develop marketing collateral – e.g. email templates, direct mail pieces, case studies/success stories, 1-pagers, etc
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, instructional technology, or education marketing
5+ years of experience in corporate training and education
Preferred Qualification
5-8 years’ experience in designing instructional/training programs and resources preferred
Experience with Intellum and Evolve
Knowledge of SAM and ADKAR models prefered
Track record of delivering and managing projects autonomously
Consulting, relationship-management and advocacy experience
Interpersonal communication and problem-solving experience
HTML design/editing experience
Experience managing Intellum’s LMS or similar LMS Platforms
Experience in content strategy for Business Education programs
