Marketing Project Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join Snap Inc! Working closely with the Marketing team, you will be responsible for project managing consumer facing creative projects, owning communications and processes, while exercising project controls. The Project Manager must plan and demonstrate a cohesive understanding of the deliverables, tasks, dependencies, team resourcing, and process. In addition, the PM must constantly assess project risks and communicate contingency plans to the necessary stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
You will own the successful execution and delivery of all projects for your pod, in a variety of assignments (digital, video, OOH, etc.), for larger campaigns or projects you may partner with a Senior team member to execute but you’ll work towards executing all projects regardless of scope with no oversight.
You'll communicate clearly with all members of the team, including XFN partners throughout the duration of your projects.
You will work with team leads to properly vet, scope and kickoff assignments. For more complex projects, you may partner with a more senior member of the team to assist with scoping.
You will develop and own accurate project documentation, including timelines and scoping documents.
You will set up and schedule creative brief-in, kickoff, and creative reviews in advance; ensure all meetings have clear agendas, meeting recap notes, and actionable next steps.
You will be able to solve most project level issues with no oversight, for larger scale issues you will bring proposed solutions but work with more senior team members to help solve.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple team members across departments (creative teams, leadership/exec team members, engineers, marketers, production)
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Superb attention to detail, good judgement, and listening skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years in the industry or related experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
High competency and proven track record of project management of large engagements and integrated creative projects.
Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel.
Experience with various projects types, including digital, video, events, and social.
