Who We’re Seeking:

The Marketing Coordinator will be a key contributor in supporting Omaze’s growing footprint in Google Ads in the US and abroad. We’re looking for someone who knows the basics of Google Ads and has a proven track record of launching and managing YouTube, Display & Search campaigns. You will drive traffic to the Omaze site with a focus on generating revenue while optimizing towards a set of KPI goals. This is a hands-on performance marketing role, where you will support our current Sr. Marketing Manager and search agency in execution.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute high-growth Google Ads campaigns in YouTube, Display, and Search to achieve performance marketing objectives and meet KPIs
• Work closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager to support the paid Google Ads strategy
• Collaborate with and support our search agency in executing and optimizing campaigns to achieve overall channel goals
• Ensure Google campaigns are setup and scheduled in alignment with company promotional calendar
• Routinely conduct creative, audience, and bid strategy tests with ultimate goal of efficiently growing customer base
• Stay updated on the latest Google Ads trends, products, and features
• Utilize suite of reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, and Google Ads for day-to-day account management and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative assets are available and optimized for campaigns (video production, copy & design, merchandising, project management)
• Support expansion into other CPC-based media platforms as necessary

Our Ideal Candidate: 

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years’ experience in hands-on SEM experience
• Success achieving break-thru performance in YouTube, Display, and Search
• Expertise in Google Ads platform features, campaign structure, bid strategies, and objectives
• Agile and able to manage competing priorities 
• Command of paid acquisition KPIs, with particular skill optimizing for ROAS & CPA
• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
