The Marketing Analyst will work across the entire digital landscape, helping provide insights and analysis to power data-driven decision-making for the Marketing team related to how, where and when we invest our marketing dollars. The Marketing Analyst will create reporting that provides insights and information used to develop and measure marketing campaigns (PPC, print advertising, catalogs, events, online). The Marketing Analyst will also collaborate with the Sales Operations team and other key stakeholders to develop process improvements for data management and collection.

You will:

  • Own providing analysis & support of all customer acquisition campaigns across Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Display & Native advertising channels.
  • Develop insights on various prospect segments and behavior and provide analytics that will help identify opportunities and improve campaign targeting
  • Seek out improvements in current internal reporting and performance monitoring to drive more accuracy, better insights, and more streamlined processes
  • Work with the Sales and finance organization during weekly/monthly/annual forecasting and planning processes
  • Support the development of measurement plans and KPI reporting based on set marketing objectives linked to key campaigns and digital marketing tactics, including setting ROI targets
  • Proactively seek innovative new customer acquisition solutions to test and present the opportunities to management
  • Participate in overall marketing strategy with department team members

 

Must haves:

  • Must be meticulous with details, possess amazing multi-tasking skills, and superior communication skills
  • Ability to think analytically and as well as creatively and keen on always improving processes
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing requests with a results oriented attitude
  • Must feel comfortable autonomously coordinating and executing various initiatives
  • 3-5 years previous analyst experience
  • Experienced in Salesforce, Hubspot, and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of Bizible a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree, ideally in math, statistics, finance or other quantitative focused area of study
