ServiceTitan is seeking a results-driven, strategic and experienced SEO Manager to join our Demand Generation Marketing team with the mission of making ServiceTitan the operating system of the trades.
This role will partner closely with cross-functional leaders in content, web dev, CRO marketing ops, paid, product and more, toward the goal of making significant and measurable impact on the organic footprint of both ServiceTitan and our partner companies. You'll help build, prioritize, manage and execute on our SEO roadmap - balancing short-term improvements and long-term strategic initiatives across technical, content, on-page and off-page SEO. As SEO Manager, you will be a champion of SEO at ServiceTitan, ensuring its consideration in the many areas of work that impact our website and marketing.
This position will report to our Senior SEO Manager, and has the opportunity to be based remotely or in our Glendale/Atlanta offices. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.
What You'll Do

• Enhance and execute on our SEO strategy in order to grow relevant organic search traffic and conversions, while aligning with larger company goals and priorities.
• Manage and scale our SEO content program, including, but not limited to, topic selection, content briefing, content reviews, reporting, and production (across both in-house and agency partners).
• Work cross-functionally with the in-house SEO and content teams, product, web dev, design, and agency partners to ensure alignment and push projects to the finish line.
• Analyze organic search data from various tools and reports to inform decisions about technical, architectural and off-page SEO efforts.
• Leverage search traffic data, keyword research, internal product insights, audience and competitive/gap analyses, and SERP landscape analysis to design and refine search initiatives.
• Manage various agencies involved with ServiceTitan's SEO program across content production, content briefing, off-page and technical.
• Ensure on-going SEO education of cross-functional teams and become the consultative point of contact of the ServiceTitan domain, subdomains, and acquisition partners by providing SEO expertise and guidance.

What you'll bring

• 3+ years in a SEO, growth or digital marketing function at a fast paced B2B SaaS company that has experienced multiple stages of growth.
• Ability to build positive working relationships and create buy-in across various departments and functions.
• Advanced and well-rounded knowledge in SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical.
• A comprehensive understanding of how to effectively rank content and convert users at different stages of the user-journey in the B2B space.
• Creativity and resourcefulness, with a track record of innovating, thinking outside of the box and taking calculated risks to achieve goals.
• Experience with SEO analytics, research, technical and operations tools e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Clearscope, SEMRush, Accuranker, Amplitude, Screaming Frog, Deepcrawl.
• Experience working cross-functionally with content, web dev, CRO, product marketing teams and highly integrated agencies to drive planning and implementation of SEO strategy.
• Exceptional worth ethic and organizational skills. You are dependable & always looking for ways to improve at work on a micro and macro scale.
• You're a constant learner, with deep knowledge of the SEO and SaaS Marketing landscape, and you keep your finger on the pulse of how it's rapidly evolving.
• You're excited thinking about the impact you'll make combining your advanced skillset with the impact ServiceTitan is making on becoming the operating system for the trades in a severely underserved industry.

Bonus Points for

• Understanding and/or experience with international domains and multiple language websites.
• Experience with digital tools and programmatic SEO.
• Experience with SEO A/B testing.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $94,000 - $134,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
