Head of US Marketing Partners
We are looking for a US Head of Ads Partnerships team to join Team Snapchat! We are looking for a professional who can work in a fun, fast-paced, and fluid environment. Working from our New York or Los Angeles office, you will need to bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across advertising technology providers and marketing agencies.
What you’ll do:
Identify areas of strategic opportunity for Snapchat to grow its ads partner ecosystem with partners that build or utilize bespoke technical integrations, which provide advertisers with differentiated tools to drive increased performance on campaign activations
Own the new partner development lifecycle and manage executive relationships with the ads partners
Set revenue expectations with partners and create an accountability framework
Partner with partner account managers, sales account executives and leadership, product marketing managers and more cross-functional teams to educate partners and evangelize how our product offering brings measurable ROI for our clients
Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally)
Serve as the product expert by educating agencies and tech partners on Snap’s new and existing products, as well as advising on best practices and bespoke API integrations
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study
7+ years experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on business development in performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces, or a related field
Preferred qualifications:
Understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skill in educating others (e.g., advertisers, agencies)
Experience managing & growing a team of Partner Managers (internal and external)
Proven track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews
Entrepreneurial experience is preferred. We are looking for a “builder” (companies, products or platforms) with an ability to connect the dots for Snap and partners.
Experience managing and/or leveraging a CRM such as Salesforce
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changes
Strong presentation and communication skills
A passion for Snapchat as a user and knowledge of our ad products
