Relo Metrics is an AI-powered sponsorship analytics platform that enables brands to track and optimize their sponsorship investments and powers teams and leagues with the insights they need to retain and grow revenue. The Relo platforms tracks sponsor exposure across live broadcasts, social media, and streaming platforms, and delivers actionable insights via a fast, single solution platform.
We are looking for a Global Agency Development Manager to join our growing team.
Our Global Agency development manager will work with leading global agency partners to deliver innovative technology and analytics solutions and serve to advocate and educate the market to help accelerate its overall growth of Relo Metrics Analytics Solutions.
As our Global Agency Manager, you will build C and Mid - Level relationships and develop innovative and commercially viable partnerships with key global sports marketing and media agencies. You will also manage complex client relationships and bring a thorough understanding of the overall global business, building strong relationships with our highest priority accounts, and expanding our overall industry impact and ecosystem. This role will work with cross-functional teams to define global and local market strategies, lead overall agency product enablement and contribute to building a world class team and culture.
As part of our go to market team, you will work with sales, product, and other business partners to analyze and increase the agencies spend with Relo, in support of their measurement initiatives. You will empower agencies to use the platform by consulting on how to leverage Relo’s proprietary data, measurement, and technology to deliver meaningful business outcomes for agencies and the brands they serve. You will do this by educating, training, and consulting your agency partners through every step of the sports sponsorship process. You will drive platform innovation by collecting detailed feedback from external partners and sharing it with internal Relo teams. Agencies and the social media landscape are evolving rapidly – the ability to thrive in this exciting and fluid environment will be critical to the success of this role.

Responsibilities
- Partner and drive global adoption of Relo Metrics Sport Sponsorship Analytics solutions through building strategic partnerships with global agencies
- Build and foster long term senior relationships with global / regional client decision makers, as well as their agency counterparts, managing the end-to-end customer relationship for their revenue, tech and data needs
- Design overall sponsorship analytics, optimizations, and product development strategies with global agencies and brands
- Drive thought leadership/strategic thinking by partnering with key internal stakeholders e.g legal, sales, marketing and operations to ensure global consistency across global markets
- Collaborate with regional and local sales teams on key areas such as enterprise technology selling, relationship-building, account strategy and planning, opportunity identification and competitive selling
- Deeply understand Relo’s core value proposition in order to effectively articulate that value to our agencies and clients
- Conduct live demonstrations of the Relo Metrics SaaS platform
- Listen intently to client feedback on business alignment and usability of the analytics platform, organize and share that feedback with the product, and collaborate with Product Management to drive scalable changes through to completion
- Increase spend & product adoption across the agency, by liaising with the all-account teams
- Conduct training sessions across the agency to help increase the product offering
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of agency development and management experience
- Experience in enterprise SAAS marketing platforms, analytics platforms, digital advertising, social marketing. Experience with sport sponsorship is a plus
- Experience in C-level technical stakeholder relationship management, translating their business needs into innovative technology solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and building relationships across internal teams
- Ability to work several levels of the organization in parallel including ensuring quality implementation within clients and agencies, driving organizational change at the C-level, project management across external and internal departments
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales and account management approach
