Ready to be a Titan?
ServiceTitan is looking for an Enterprise Marketing Manager to join our demand-generation team. In this position, you'll be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing programs that attract new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team. This is an important, visible role that supports our rapidly expanding enterprise business, and the right candidate will have an opportunity to make an immediate impact.
And in case you're not familiar with ServiceTitan yet, let's just say that this is one of those rare opportunities to join a fantastic company at just the right time. We're growing like crazy, and have an amazing team that loves working together and is excited about our mission to empower the hard-working men and women of the trades. If this job description excites you, too, we'd love to chat!
What you'll do:
In this role, you'll be working closely with our sales, demand-generation, product-marketing, and operations teams to develop and execute targeted, integrated campaigns for key accounts.

  • Help design account-based strategies (including email, web, social media, events, and paid media) to build interest in ServiceTitan, foster discussions with account teams, and create business opportunities
  • In partnership with sales and strategy leadership, identify top accounts, segments, and objectives to drive new business
  • Design and execute 1:1, 1:few, and broad-based marketing initiatives that help us reach pipeline and revenue goals
  • Use analytics and intent data to gather industry and account insights that can be turned into marketing and sales tactics
  • Communicate closely with our sales team to ensure goals and account plans remain on track, and to discuss upcoming account requirements and modifications
  • Track program results, measure success, and report progress to stakeholders across the business
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
  • Work with the marketing team to create content, web pages, and banners that appeal to our target audience

What you'll need:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B software marketing, preferably in demand generation, customer marketing, or field marketing
  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing demand-generation or ABM campaigns
  • A strong understanding of how to use inbound marketing to engage and qualify accounts, and a firm grasp of the metrics used to measure performance
  • Knowledge of digital and offline marketing tactics and current trends
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) concepts
  • A strong understanding of the B2B marketing and sales process
  • Experience using Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, or equivalent tools is preferred
  • Superlative project-management skills with the ability to drive both planning and execution
  • Experience working with teams to build messaging, creative, and web pages
  • Exceptional analytical- and strategic-thinking skills

Who you are:

  • Learner. You're not satisfied with the ordinary way of doing things and are constantly looking for ways to improve. You're curious. You ask questions. In particular, you're perpetually trying to answer the question: Why?
  • Evangelist. You get excited by cool ideas and new ways of doing things. Even more, you love to share your enthusiasm with others and feel comfortable promoting your ideas to larger groups.
  • Unifier. Your work will intersect with the projects and goals of many teams. Navigating competing priorities doesn't freak you out. You love sussing out common goals between disparate teams and building consensus.
  • Organizer. Project plans. Gantt charts. You love detailing complex projects and anticipating roadblocks. You love checking things off your to-do lists. Even more, you appreciate a project put into action and executed well.
  • Storyteller. Details are key, but you don't get bogged down in them. You can connect strategy to execution. You're always looking at the larger picture and assessing how your projects fit into a broader vision.
  • Builder/Designer. You like to tinker and to put things together. Maybe you played with Legos as a kid? (Or still do?) You're not afraid of tossing away the instruction manual and writing your own. You view ambiguity and potential failure as a challenge, not an enemy.
  • Data lover. You love cozying up with a good spreadsheet once in a while. You have an aptitude for finding order and patterns in data chaos. You seek innovative and compelling ways to use data to measure your results.

Be Human With Us:
Being human isn't about checking every box on a list. It's about the experiences we have, people we meet, and the perspectives we share. So, if you have the skills but are hesitant to apply because of your background, apply anyway. We need amazing people like you to help us challenge the conventional and think differently about the problems that we're solving. We're in this together. Come be human, with us.
What We Offer:
