Director, Marketing Operations

ServiceTitan is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to join our dynamic startup in Glendale, CA. This position will report to the VP of Marketing and will enjoy having a high impact to a rapidly growing tech startup. As the Director of Marketing Operations, you will be at the front and center of working cross-functionally in a dynamic and fast-paced customer acquisition campaign environment, experience scaling with a hyper-growth marketing team, and be extremely effective in actioning high value, data driven insights to accelerate the success and growth of Marketing initiatives at ServiceTitan.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement scalable marketing operations processes and integrated systems, providing a means for highly effective measurement, recommendations, trend reporting and accurate forecasting.
  • Prototype marketing reports and work with cross dept. teams to publish them to BI platform when production ready.
  • Analyze dashboards/reports to identify the highest value campaign / media channel drivers to increase sales velocity, subsequently recommending media mix adjustments and optimizations
    • Lead the data implementation and project management of campaign/media channel analysis recommendations.
  • Effectively partner with Sales, Business Development, and Finance to analyze, hypothesize and conduct insightful experiments (A/B, MVT etc), leading cross functional initiatives making go-no-go recommendations
  • Partner with Marketing + Sales leadership and Finance / Strategy Operations to develop and execute on strategic initiatives, such as: campaign effectiveness, integrated campaign ROI/analysis, identify segments and audiences with biggest potential, lead scoring for SDR prioritization, lifecycle nurture effectiveness, increase stick rates for booked meetings, etc
  • In partnership with VP of Marketing, own the program and cadence for ServiceTitan’s customer-facing marketing strategy, execution, measurement and success. Ensure close alignment with company strategic priorities.
  • Serve as a thought leader in the marketing organization by keeping up to speed on latest industry best practices and available mar-tech tools.
  • Manage a team of dynamic Marketing Analytics / Operations staff to fulfill the initiatives across both quantitative analysis and qualitative campaign management

What you'll need

  • 5+ years experience in Marketing Analytics / Operations; 3+ years in leading and managing a scaled and multifaceted team.
  • Proven experience leading a Marketing Operations / Analytics organization with direct involvement supporting marketing + sales strategy,and campaign performance management.
  • Google Analytics certification, Hubspot/Marketo/Pardot experience, Leading and trailing trend analysis, channel forecasting, SalesForce certified and expert, data analysis and visualization expert.
  • Prior experience leveraging Marketing operations / analytics / services teams (e.g. IT, SFDC, BI, etc.) to scale and achieve goals
  • Have deep experience in B2B ABM marketing methodology and a plus for experience shifting from mass market >> into >> Account Based marketing methodology
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify early signals/trends and quickly solution set / problem solve.
  • Exceptionally strong communication skills, including experience effectively communicating with executive leadership
  • Highly accountable self starter that is able to work with little direct supervision.
  • A desire to work in a high growth and results-oriented team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance/Accounting
