Who We're Seeking:
The Creative Director will shape and solidify the identity of Omaze as a lifestyle brand. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing impactful, strategically-focused creative that transforms customer insights into engaging, effective brand experiences that balance the needs of both audience and brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Boldly set the brand framework and creative strategy for Omaze and execute that vision through brand marketing experiences
- Oversee and direct all creative design, voice and messaging across the organization; partner closely with the SVP of Marketing, Production and Marketing teams to enable a seamless creative workflow
- Provide objective critiques of creative work throughout the development process
- Foster a culture of collaboration and work cross-departmentally to shape our teams into a unified, innovative, globally recognized creative powerhouse
- Be a culture ambassador - internally and externally - and ensure we convey the impact we make on all our customers (donors, talent partners and charities)
- Provide clear objectives, best practices and creative solutions to motivate a team of highly aspirational marketing professionals
- Lead by example and cultivate a fun, inclusive work environment
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 8+ years of experience in a creative brand services role, mix of agency and in-house preferred
- 5+ years experience leading and managing large teams including design, copy, social, and brand efforts
- A proven brand visionary with successful case studies creating lifestyle brands
- Demonstrated ability transforming strategic briefs into holistic creative work across digital, mobile, and offline mediums
- Scrappy; you thrive working cross-functionally and in fast-paced environments
- An exemplary people manager and have consistently led creative teams to drive breakthrough results
- Strong business acumen, and make decisions based on a balance of impeccable aesthetics and business impact
- You take your work seriously, but not yourself
