ServiceTitan's Marketing Team is growing quickly, and like a conductor who guides the entire orchestra to produce beautiful symphonies, marketing is the orchestrator that collaborates across functional teams to develop and execute the creativity that fuels ServiceTitan's growth. We focus on understanding buyers and customers, crafting messaging and content that resonates, taking a strategic approach to launch and equipping sales with the right knowledge and tools that win business. 

Our Copywriter will be responsible for crafting a variety of ServiceTitan’s written content. From SEO-optimized blog posts to video scripts, the Copywriter will be involved in a variety of paid, earned, and social projects within the Marketing team as well as various cross-functional projects, at the discretion of the Creative Director. This person will be expected to deliver written content that is of the highest-industry standard while preserving the ServiceTitan voice at every opportunity.

The copywriter will be responsible for following ServiceTitan’s current style guide, as well as identifying areas where it can be evolved, expanded, or reconsidered.

• SEO optimized articles for branded blog and partnering sites
• Press releases
• Video scripts
• Promotional materials for conferences/events
• Relevant, industry-focused whitepapers and articles
• Landing pages tailored to specific marketing campaigns
• Social media posts
• Language for HR/recruiting
• Product descriptions
• Various website content
• Research - continually research marketing trends and strategies and the technologies used in advertising practices

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent written communication skills
• Comfort interacting with clients and internal staff alike
