Business Marketing Lead, Agency
The Marketing team at Snap articulates and brings to life who we are as a brand, why we exist, who we serve, and what value we have to offer. They are on a mission to build a best-in-case international marketing organization. With functions spanning global business and consumer marketing, consumer insights, creative, brand marketing, and marketing operations, the team enables and activates marketing initiatives across the entire Snap Inc. ecosystem.
We’re looking for a Business Marketing Lead, Agency, US to join the Global Business Marketing team.
What you’ll do:
Contribute to the US marketing strategy to educate our Agency Partners (for media & creative agencies) about the Snapchat business ecosystem and ensure they understand the value Snapchat provides for their clients and brands
Manage and deliver against marketing programs that inspire our Agency Partners to develop innovative solutions and drive adoption of them. Programs include digital learning management systems (i.e. Snap Focus), marketing events, agency takeovers, agency ambassador programs, and more.
Identify the right levers behind successful marketing programs and content and iterate on those learnings.
Manage the day-to-day execution of the Agency marketing plan and associated projects, assisting the Global Business Marketing Manager in setting priorities and accomplishing assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Lead content development for case studies, videos and marketing collateral that demonstrate the value of Snapchat to clients, and develop scaled distribution plan (i.e. webinars, email, blog).
Author briefs and partner with internal and external creative partners to design and launch campaigns.
Develop and maintain best-in-class collateral (e.g. emails, case studies/success stories, presentation documents, multi-sheets) that supports the Agency teams’ always-on education needs and demonstrate the value of Snapchat to clients (at Agency Roadshows, Workshops, etc).
Maintain inventory of marketing and sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate.
Manage quarterly priorities and content development life cycles to ensure timely delivery of material
Build strong working relationships with leaders across Snapchat’s Global Solutions Team (Agency, Brands, Ads Partner, Video Solutions), Creative Strategy, and Product Marketing Teams Team, Global Brands Team and Global Business Solutions Teams
Monitor the competitive space, industry news and trends to understand marketplace opportunities
Report on and analyze results, identify opportunities for optimization, and recommend future campaign iterations to improve performance

Demonstrated ability to use data to inform decision making and improve results
Experience guiding creative production of campaigns, printed collateral, presentations, websites, videos, and other marketing materials
Experience thinking creatively, communicating and presenting to large groups
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Keynote presentation development experience
6+ years of relevant experience in marketing or content strategy and development, with at least 3 years working at, or with, advertising agencies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience engaging at an executive level with cross-functional groups
Experience presenting to senior executives
Experience marketing digital learning management systems
