Business Marketing Coordinator
We’re looking for a Business Marketing Coordinator to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Global Business Marketing team, you will be responsible for working closely with the marketing team to develop and manage marketing initiatives that are aligned with the company’s goals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines. Working from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters, you’ll collaborate with our sales, product, creative strategy and design teams to help drive our marketing programs forward.
What you’ll do:
Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and tracking to KPIs
Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules, and assignments
Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
Assist the Marketing team lead with managing and tracking toward quarterly budget, providing monthly reports to finance
Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
Previous work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
Preferred qualifications:
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
Experience working with budgets and forecasting
Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency in full Google suite, especially in Google Docs and Google Slides
