Agency Strategy & Operations Associate

We are looking for an Agency Strategy & Operations Associate to join Team Snapchat! You will work in a fun, fast paced and fluid environment. Working from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters, you will need to bring a creative mindset and detail-oriented focus in your approach to developing streamlined processes and ensuring the proper process controls are in place. You will also play a key role in building and growing long term business partnerships across internal teams, supporting the Agency Team, and delivering against large commercial agreements.
What you’ll do:
- Review advertising insertion orders
- Work closely with Ad Sales and Legal teams to determine impact and feasibility of any non-standard insertion order term requests
- Structure, monitor, and manage procedures for insertion order committal and quality assurance
- Participate in weekly Sales/Sales Finance meetings to understand any new product releases, sales streams, incentive programs, pricing structures, etc.
- Field questions from the business on Salesforce/insertion order requirements
- Assist our Agency Strategy team in drafting and managing large commercial agreements and upfront agreements with key advertising partners
- Partner closely with our Agency Strategy, Agency Partners, Finance, and Operations teams to track and support delivery against large commercial agreements and upfront agreements, as well as related QBRs
Minimum qualifications:
- BA/BS in business, marketing, communications, or other related field
- 4+ years of experience in the digital media space
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment cross-functional teams
- Ability to perform several tasks concurrently
- Experience working with advertising agencies, digital advertising campaigns, and insertion orders
- Someone who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to structure and improve internal processes
- Someone who is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and a strategic business thinker
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of 4A’s/IAB Standard Terms & Conditions Version 3.0 and experience reviewing, drafting, and discussing campaign governing terms
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, including Pivot Tables, VLookUps, etc.
