Acquisition Associate
We’re looking for an Acquisition Marketing Associate to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Business Marketing team, you will manage advertiser acquisition through a variety of paid channels. Working from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters, you'll build, track, and optimize paid search, display, social, influencer, and affiliate campaigns. You'll continuously test into new channels to diversify Snap’s acquisition mix. As an experienced performance marketer, you must have strong analytical skills and detail orientation. You’ll collaborate with our sales, product, partner and design teams to build automated, scalable B2B campaigns.
What you’ll do:
Efficiently drive new advertiser acquisition via paid campaigns
Build, optimize, and scale campaigns across search, display, paid social, native advertising, influencers, and re-targeting
Identify, explore, and prioritize new acquisition marketing and growth opportunities
Ideate and execute A/B tests to continually improve campaign performance
Keep daily, weekly, and monthly campaign reporting to keep the team up to speed on active campaigns
Collaborate with copywriting and design teams to develop and test new ad creative for our B2B advertiser audience
Partner with the web and product team to optimize landing pages and the conversion funnel
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of performance marketing experience
Experience using Salesforce and G-suite
Preferred qualifications:
Hands-on/in-platform experience running paid acquisitions across search, social, and programmatic platforms
A track record of managing campaigns that exceed revenue and efficiency targets
Ability to analyze performance to provide marketing insights to improve performance, conversion rates, and lifetime customer value
Passion for using data to influence decisions and grow a business
Helps design best practices in campaign design, ad and landing page testing
Proactively suggests campaign changes and designs to produce continual performance improvement
Partners with analytics and finance to support performance forecasting and results attribution
Ability to influence & partner with key internal stakeholder teams: senior leadership, product marketers, marketing channel leaders, analysts, procurement and finance to ensure shared vision and drive initiatives forward
