Join Aline and help shape the future of senior living technology.

At Aline, we're transforming how senior living communities connect with residents, families, and care teams. Our integrated platform brings together CRM, sales and marketing automation, resident engagement, care coordination, billing, operations, business intelligence, and AI-powered solutions to help communities thrive at every stage of the resident journey.

Every day, our technology supports organizations across the country by simplifying complex workflows, improving occupancy, strengthening resident and family experiences, and empowering care teams with the insights they need to make better decisions. We solve meaningful challenges for an industry that impacts millions of lives.

As part of Aline, you'll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values innovation, curiosity, and continuous improvement. Your work will directly influence the products our customers rely on and help redefine what's possible for senior living providers. If you're energized by solving complex problems, building technology with purpose, and making a measurable impact, you'll find a rewarding career here.

Aline is looking for a Senior Director of Creative, Digital & Marketing Systems to own the creative output, digital experience, and technology foundation that powers our marketing engine. This is a leadership role for someone who thinks in systems and creates with purpose — equally at home directing a video shoot, evaluating an AI tool that eliminates three manual steps, or overseeing a website redesign.

This role is not defined by process management. It's defined by output and velocity. The right person uses their fluency in marketing technology and AI to make the team faster, the work better, and the creative more scalable — without letting systems become the point. You have high creative standards, a bias toward action, and a natural instinct for finding smarter ways to work. You lead people who build, design, develop, and produce, and you set the bar for what great looks like across all of it.

Responsibilities

AI-Powered Marketing Efficiency

· Lead Aline's adoption of AI tools across the marketing function — identifying where AI can meaningfully accelerate content creation, campaign execution, personalization, and workflow automation

· Stay ahead of the evolving AI and answer engine optimization (AEO) landscape and bring concrete recommendations to marketing leadership

· Set standards for how AI is used responsibly within the marketing function, with clear quality controls and brand guardrails

Marketing Systems & Technology

· Own Aline's marketing technology stack — including marketing automation, campaign tooling, and integrations with the CRM (Salesforce)

· Ensure systems are configured to support efficient campaign execution, accurate tracking, and clean data flows into GTM reporting

· Serve as the primary marketing stakeholder for tech stack decisions, vendor relationships, and tool evaluations

Creative & Design

· Own Aline's creative output including brand design, sales collateral, product marketing assets, event materials, and campaign creative across all formats

· Manage internal creative resources and/or agency relationships to deliver high-quality work at the pace the business requires

· Ensure all creative output adheres to brand standards and communicates Aline's positioning with clarity, consistency, and visual impact

Web Development & Digital Experience

· Own Aline's website, including architecture, content strategy, performance optimization, and ongoing development

· Execute website enhancements, new page builds, and technical improvements on time and to a high standard

· Ensure the website delivers a best-in-class digital experience that reflects Aline's brand, supports SEO/AEO goals, and converts visitors into pipeline

· Partner with Corporate Marketing on content strategy and with RevOps on conversion optimization and A/B testing

· Oversee Aline's multimedia and video production strategy — including customer stories, explainer content, event recordings, and social-ready video

Qualifications

· 10+ years of progressive experience in creative, digital marketing, or marketing leadership within B2B SaaS, with meaningful exposure to marketing technology and systems

· High creative standards and a strong portfolio of brand, campaign, and digital work

· Fluency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or equivalent) and CRM integration (Salesforce); you don't need to be an admin, but you need to know how the pieces fit together

· Proven experience adopting and scaling AI tools to accelerate marketing workflows: content, creative, campaign operations, or analytics

· Experience managing web development and creative functions, including agency relationships

· Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment preferred

· Senior living, healthcare technology, or vertical SaaS experience a plus but not required

· Bias toward action - you see inefficiency and fix it; you see a creative gap and fill it

· Collaborative and cross-functional by nature; you build systems and assets that serve the entire GTM team, not just marketing

· High ownership mentality; you set the standard for the team and hold it

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
