The Role

We're looking for a detail-obsessed, solutions-driven Project Manager to join our Brand Marketing Team. In this role, you'll be the glue that keeps timelines intact, deliverables on track, and stakeholders aligned. From coordinating product launches and marketing campaigns to managing content calendars and cross-functional workflows, you’ll help bring ideas to life—with polish, precision, and a whole lot of heart.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee weekly launches, driving timely asset approval and delivery to all key teams. Continuously refine processes to support seamless execution.
  • Own the end-to-end go-to-market process for product & campaign launches, from initial planning through post-launch analysis, ensuring seamless coordination across all teams and channels.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and information gathering from product, design, and merchandising teams to host go-to-market kickoffs and manage the circulation of launch strategy and product information, via release overview decks, across the organization.
  • Partner with internal teams—like Design, Brand, Creative, Growth,  eCommerce to align on project goals, deliverables, and timelines. Ensure clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders to drive progress.
  • Coordinate omni-channel marketing initiatives across direct-to-consumer, Amazon, and future wholesale opportunities, ensuring consistent brand messaging and optimized launch strategies for each channel.
  • Own the process of licensing marketing submissions and approvals for various licensing partners, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
  • Maintain organized project workflows in Asana, ensuring deadlines are met, responsibilities are clear, and progress is consistently tracked.
  • Evaluate current production workflows to spot inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Identify roadblocks before they happen—and solve for them quickly

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management preferably within a fast-paced marketing, e-commerce, or content-driven environment
  • A proven ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and teams with grace and clarity
  • A proactive mindset—you don't just flag issues; you bring solutions
  • Experience championing process improvements through keen problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of creative workflows and content production pipelines
  • Exceptionally organized with clear, effective communication skill
  • Proactive, driven, and energized by fast-paced environments

What we’re excited to offer you:

  • Ability to work cross functionally with a fast-growing team, with smile-sparking products that turn everyday moments into magical memories
  • A supportive environment that fosters and encourages new ideas and innovation

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
