We’re hiring a freelance Marketing Operations Project Manager profile to support our growth: you’ll sit at the intersection of ops, design and experimentation, partnering with paid, data and client teams to keep setups clean, LPs sharp, and tests running.

Freelance — Full remote (Europe, ±2h from France).

Your missions:

  • Work with Dolead internal tools to ensure the correct operational configuration of customers.

  • Create Landing Pages with our internal Page Builder. Also providing feedback for improvements and new functionalities

  • Manage and follow new client launches

  • Monitor and investigate Billable Rate, CVR, and other KPIs

  • Act as a cross-functional project manager for all client launches and projects. Typically manage several projects in parallel in agile format (Click Up)

  • Set up AB testing, analyse data, and make decisions to optimize performance

  • Propose and implement ideas to improve our conversion funnels by analysing conversion channels and usage data

  • Work directly with technical teams to manage our internal LP builder interface and improve it along the way

Your profile:

  • 2+ years of professional (or comparable) experience in Digital Marketing and/or Webdesign

  • Marketing expertise - you feel driven to understand the whole marketing funnel

  • Expertise in Landing Pages design and/or management

  • Project management abilities - identify objectives and coordinate the team around them

  • Strong attention to detail

  • A passion for problem-solving with strong analytical capabilities

  • Curious about the consumer experience

  • Goal-oriented and able to prioritize and work independently

  • International account management experience is a plus!

  • Fluent in English - Spanish, Italian, Portuguese are a plus!

Full remote : +/- 2H vs Paris
