In This Role

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will serve as the central coordinator responsible for translating go-to-market strategies into actionable marketing plans and ensuring flawless execution across multiple initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, creative teams, and marketing partners to manage project timelines, drive alignment, oversee campaign readiness, and support the delivery of customer-focused marketing programs. This role requires strong project management capabilities, operational excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Planning
  • Support the execution and operationalization of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for ongoing marketing and growth initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining marketing plans, campaign calendars, messaging frameworks, and launch schedules.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, campaign performance, and execution effectiveness.
Project & Program Management
  • Lead end-to-end project management for marketing initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, workback schedules, and dependency tracking.
  • Monitor project risks, identify potential roadblocks, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate priorities across multiple stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain regular operating rhythms, status updates, planning meetings, and launch checkpoints.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project coordination, execution, and accountability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across marketing, creative, operations, and business teams to drive alignment.
  • Facilitate meetings, communicate project status, and ensure transparency around decisions, risks, and milestones.
  • Coordinate deliverables and dependencies across multiple teams to ensure execution readiness.
  • Foster strong working relationships to support efficient collaboration and decision-making.
Campaign Operations & Execution
  • Manage campaign planning, launch readiness, asset workflows, and execution tracking.
  • Ensure all marketing deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality expectations.
  • Maintain project trackers, dashboards, reporting tools, and documentation to provide visibility into progress.
  • Oversee asset sequencing, approvals, and readiness across multiple marketing channels.
Messaging & Creative Support
  • Review marketing content, messaging, and creative assets to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Provide feedback on creative deliverables to ensure consistency, clarity, and customer-focused communication.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing partners to support compelling product and campaign storytelling.
  • Help maintain messaging consistency across customer touchpoints and marketing channels.
Reporting & Communications
  • Prepare project updates, status reports, recommendations, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Track project performance metrics and communicate progress against key objectives.
  • Support planning discussions by analyzing project status, resource needs, and execution requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in cross-functional project or program management.
  • 3+ years of experience managing project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications.
  • 3+ years of experience using project tracking and reporting tools, including Excel and collaborative planning platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting marketing operations, campaign execution, launch planning, or go-to-market programs.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with marketing, creative, branding, or agency teams.
  • Experience reviewing marketing messaging, creative assets, and campaign deliverables.
  • PMP, PMI, or other project management certification.
  • Familiarity with marketing campaign planning, content development processes, and asset management workflows.
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and execution tracking frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered productivity tools and automation solutions to improve project efficiency and workflow management.
  • Experience supporting consumer marketing, product marketing, or direct-to-customer initiatives.
  • Proven ability to proactively identify opportunities, make recommendations, and drive continuous improvement.

Compensation Information

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $40-43.27 USD/Hourly. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
