 In This Role

In this role, you will plan, create, and coordinate communication strategies and engagement activities that support a global customer experience enablement function. You will manage a diverse portfolio of communications, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders and external audiences while driving awareness and engagement for key initiatives.

You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify priority messaging, develop impactful content, and execute communication plans that support customer engagement programs, including events such as roundtables. This role requires strong project management, content creation, and analytical skills to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement of communications efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end communication projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
  • Develop detailed project plans and oversee execution across multiple workstreams
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify key messaging, initiatives, and communication opportunities
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality content for internal and external audiences across channels (e.g., intranet platforms, collaboration tools, executive updates, and engagement materials)
  • Manage a dynamic communications portfolio, tailoring messaging for different audiences and channels
  • Execute communication plans, including content creation, curation, scheduling, and publishing
  • Lead project management for content development from concept through delivery and performance measurement
  • Analyze feedback and engagement data to optimize communication strategies and improve outcomes
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders in management, marketing, and production teams
  • Present proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain communication toolkits to support customer engagement programs
  • Ensure weekly priorities are aligned and projects remain on schedule

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in integrated marketing communications, project management, or a related field with strong emphasis on communications
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
  • Experience creating and managing content across multiple communication channels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to leverage feedback and data
  • Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools, including:
    • SharePoint (site structure, libraries, permissions)
    • Microsoft 365 applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote)
    • AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., Copilot or similar solutions)
  • Solid understanding of business and management principles, including strategic planning and resource allocation

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or PMI certification
  • Experience supporting customer engagement programs or executive communications
  • Familiarity with communication planning for large, global organizations
  • Experience working with AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and content creation
  • Background in managing communications for complex, cross-functional initiatives

Compensation Information

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $13000-140000 USD/annum.  Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
