We’re growing our U.S. team and looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to help us ....

What you’ll do

A Marketing Operations Specialist at Yooz is in charge of streamlining and optimizing marketing processes while supporting the Regional Marketing team in operational activities.

1. Emailing operations

· Manage Yooz email marketing platforms (HubSpot or equivalent)

· Build mailing lists and exclusion lists

· Program email campaigns, landing pages, webinar workflows, and replay follow-ups

· Track and analyze performance of email campaigns

2. Database management

· Integrate data into the CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and optimize usage practices

· Perform quality checks on purchased databases and analyze performance

· Manage integration and reactivation workflows for disengaged prospects

· Act as the single point of contact for lead integration with the Application Manager

3. Process improvement & tool management

· Ensure operational processes are followed and optimized for performance tracking

· Research and evaluate new tools to improve web interaction and lead conversion

What you’ll need

  • Knowledge of various marketing tools / CRM / no-code automation

  • Proficiency in Reports and Dashboards (Salesforce / HubSpot)

  • Understanding of Lead Journey

  • Understanding of Lead Scoring

  • Ability to prioritize requests / Manage complex, multi-channel projects

  • Knowledge of the marketing and data stack, with the ability to challenge the status quo, improve processes, and sell the project

  • Knowledge and application of tracking principles (GA4, UTMs, etc.), as well as CRO
