We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in the US. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of our marketing projects and campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team, and be responsible for managing various marketing initiatives from inception to completion.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to brand standards.
  • Oversee and coordinate the execution of entire marketing campaigns, including social media strategies and event promotions.
  • Collaborate with segment marketers to identify project requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure that marketing processes and workflows are followed effectively, contributing to the overall success of the marketing efforts.
  • Assist in event management, Social media campaigns and website updates.
  • Assist in creating marketing reporting mechanisms, including dashboards and executive and internal team reports.
  • Support Marketing Operations leader in data ownership/management, as well as alignment with relevant corporate data initiatives.

Role Requirements

  • Understanding of marketing campaigns and processes.
  • Experience working in-house or at a marketing agency is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on process-driven project management.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms is beneficial but not the primary focus of the role.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
