Role

SmarterDx is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist who will help execute and optimize our marketing campaigns for maximum success. This role will ensure leads are processed efficiently and accurately, leveraging lead routing rules and CRM data management to maintain sales pipeline integrity.

This role will work closely with Marketing and Sales to support timely lead follow-up and increase conversion rates through lead tracking, scoring, and analysis. This role will generate reports on lead and campaign performance, extract insights, and present actionable recommendations to improve results. Supporting broader marketing initiatives, this role will also manage the day-to-day operations of marketing automation and contribute to campaign planning and execution across digital, email, ABM, and event channels, playing a key role in driving targeted engagement and nurturing prospects through the funnel.

**This role is fully remote within the US**

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement lead routing rules to ensure timely and accurate assignment to the appropriate sales representatives
  • Monitor lead queues to ensure efficient lead processing and prompt distribution
  • Maintain CRM data integrity by auditing and updating lead records regularly
  • Track lead follow-up activities and identify areas for optimization in sales outreach
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead engagement strategies
  • Monitor and report on lead conversion rates; identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements
  • Assign and refine lead scoring models for all marketing campaigns
  • Generate regular reports on lead volume, conversion metrics, and sales follow-up performance
  • Analyze lead and campaign data to uncover trends and actionable insights
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders to optimize demand-generation programs
  • Support email marketing efforts by building segmentation lists, building email templates, building automated journeys, sending individual emails, and reporting on email metrics
  • Support the marketing team in the execution of account-based marketing efforts across multiple channels and the creation and delivery of advertising assets

What You Bring

  • CRM Experience – Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead management and reporting
  • Data Analysis – Skilled in analyzing data, identifying trends, and generating actionable reports
  • Microsoft Excel – Advanced knowledge of Excel functions, including data manipulation, VLOOKUP
  • Attention to Detail – Meticulous in ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports
  • Process Optimization – Capable of developing and implementing efficient workflows for lead processing and assignment
  • Reporting Tools – Experience with tools like Google Analytics and Excel to extract insights from lead and campaign data and create visual dashboards and reports
  • Communication – Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with sales and marketing teams
  • Project Management – Highly organized with the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across campaigns

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working with project management tools like Asana
  • Familiarity with web-based graphic design tools like Figma for light editing and exporting

Compensation

$110,000 - 140,000 salary + equity incentives
