About the role: 

Leads marketing operations initiatives that support business continuity, regulatory compliance, and commercial effectiveness across the Neuromodulation portfolio. This role is responsible for executing marketing technology implementations, fulfillment transitions, digital platform launches, and enterprise process improvements while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and operational excellence. 

 

The role manages multiple initiatives that span marketing systems, print fulfillment, and digital engagement platforms, serving as the primary project manager and business lead for divisional implementation efforts. 

 

Thisroleis intended to support incremental workloadduringan 18-month integration period. Upon completion of these initiatives, the position is expected to conclude. 

 

Work Mode: 

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Scope 

  • Manage integration of print fulfillment and digital materials into Boston Scientific systems 
  • Lead transition of marketing content distribution processes  
  • Lead programming and launch of digital portals supporting national educational webinars for pain management and deep brain stimulation portfolios  

 

 

Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Project management: Lead cross-functional marketing operations initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.  
  • Systems implementation: Coordinate implementation, enhancement, and adoption of marketing technology platforms, including content management, fulfillment, and digital engagement systems.  
  • Vendor management: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to execute system implementations, fulfillment transitions, and technology upgrades.  
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing and key teams to support successful project execution.  
  • Change management: Develop implementation plans, coordinate stakeholder communications, support user adoption, and facilitate training for new systems and processes.  
  • Risk and issue management: Identify project risks, resolve implementation challenges, and escalate issues as appropriate to maintain project timelines.  
  • Operational support: Monitor post-launch performance and continuously improve marketing operations processes and systems. 

Required qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’sdegree  
  • 3 years of relevant experience  
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders   
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution across multiple projects and deadlines 
  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Officesuite 

 

Preferred qualifications:  

  • Experiencewithin medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcareindustries, or other regulated industries  
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and technology implementations 
  • Experience with print fulfillment operations 
  • Knowledge of quality systems, audit remediation, or regulated marketing processes 
  • Experience with change management and user adoption initiatives

Maximum Salary: $130900

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.


Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
