As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will design, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems for medical devices, engage in product development, and mentor team members.

Provides clinical and technical support for spinal cord stimulation procedures, including programming, troubleshooting, intraoperative guidance, patient follow-up, and therapy education. Partners with physicians, hospital staff, and sales teams to promote product adoption and optimize patient outcomes. Conducts training, demonstrations, community initiatives, and relationship-building activities with healthcare organizations. Requires frequent regional travel, administrative compliance, and participation in hospital and ambulatory surgery center cases.

Lead system-level design for implantable and connected medical devices from concept to launch. Define and trace system requirements, create architecture documentation, support hardware/firmware/software integration and verification, manage system risk (FMEA), and collaborate with regulatory and cross-functional teams to ensure product compliance and delivery.

Manage global product strategy, launches, and sustaining activities for the PainStim neuromodulation portfolio (RFA focus). Lead voice-of-customer, KOL engagement, market/competitive analysis, business cases, cross-functional collaboration, regulatory and quality interactions, complaint/CAPA support, and documentation reviews to drive product approvals, commercialization, and portfolio growth.

Lead marketing operations initiatives for the Neuromodulation portfolio, managing marketing systems implementations, print fulfillment and digital portal launches. Serve as project manager and business lead across cross-functional teams, vendors, change management, risk mitigation, and post-launch operational improvements during an 18-month defined-term integration period.

Lead one-time integration and remediation of acquired legacy marketing content across social, web, advertising, email, and video to meet Boston Scientific brand, quality, and regulatory standards. Coordinate cross-functional reviews, redline edits, manage agencies/freelancers, and deliver compliant multichannel content within project timelines to support the pain management portfolio.

Acts as FP&A business partner to Neuromodulation leadership. Supports monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, reporting, presentations, cost-savings initiatives, and ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making.

Support regulatory strategy, submissions, and ongoing compliance for active implantable and Class III medical devices. Assess change notifications, review test protocols and labeling, coordinate US/EU filings (510(k), EU MDR), liaise with global RA, and represent Regulatory Affairs on cross-functional project teams.

Analyze and investigate neuromodulation product complaints to ensure regulatory compliance, assess patient safety risk, apply DFMEA and clinical knowledge, code events, drive corrective actions, support CAPA and process improvements, and present findings to leadership.

Lead the Neuromodulation Quality Systems team, ensuring compliance, managing product/process quality, overseeing audits, and mentoring staff within the medical device sector.

Lead planning, tracking, and execution of complex cross-functional R&D acquisition integration programs. Develop and manage technical project plans, drive escalations, influence technical strategy, identify and mitigate risks, build metrics and dashboards, coordinate global engineering teams, and communicate status and decisions to stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

The role analyzes test results, addresses quality and yield issues, manages equipment requirements, prepares technical documentation, and collaborates with R&D, Quality, Production, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

Lead analysis, design, and implementation of manufacturing and business process improvements to increase capacity, reduce lead-time and WIP, and improve fill rates. Perform capacity analyses, develop metrics, support layout and workflow optimization using AutoCAD, facilitate Kaizen/Gemba, conduct time studies and ergonomic projects, train teams on Lean principles, and collaborate with cross-functional/internal and supplier stakeholders to resolve supply issues and improve manufacturability.

Perform chemical, biological, and microbiological analyses on products and materials per specifications. Interpret results, troubleshoot assays, manage sample flow and records, perform equipment PM/calibration, support investigations, write procedures, and run validations.

Drive country expansion and market development for medical devices in ASEAN: identify opportunities, build sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, train clinicians and channel partners, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain relationships with KOLs, hospitals, and distributors to achieve growth and ensure quality compliance.

Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. Conduct inspections, industrial hygiene assessments, incident investigations, training, ergonomics evaluations, waste minimization, ISO 14001 activities, and serve as site liaison with regulators and emergency responders.
